Refunds and returns policy

Please contact us if you wish to cancel an order. However, once an order has been sent, it cannot be cancelled.

Defective product

If a product is defective, please contact us. You will need to return your order to us and we will issue a refund. If you live in the Montreal area, we can pick up your bottles free of charge.

Refund

We will only issue a refund if the product is defective.
